Working as part of a highly regarded team, you will advise on a broad range of development and infrastructure projects, providing strategic planning advice and technical expertise across planning applications, appeals, judicial reviews, environmental matters, and major development schemes.

Client Details

Nationally recognised Planning team, advising on complex and high-profile planning matters for residential and commercial developers, landowners, investors, and local authorities across the UK.

Description

Recent work has include

• Advising a local authority on natural capital initiatives, including negotiating a landmark Section 106 agreement to establish a Habitat Bank for biodiversity net gain and nutrient mitigation.
• Supporting large-scale strategic residential developments, including complex Section 106 negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and intricate landownership structures.
• Advising a joint venture between leading institutional investors on planning due diligence and development matters relating to a multi-site build-to-rent housing portfolio.

Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
• Experience gained within a recognised planning practice.
• Strong knowledge of planning and environmental law.
• Experience acting for developers, investors, housebuilders, local authorities, or private clients on planning matters.
• Excellent technical, commercial, and client-facing skills.

Job Offer
