Qualifications

• Experience in planning law within private practice or equivalent environment.
• Experience drafting and negotiating planning and highways-related agreements.
• Knowledge of section 106, due diligence, and contentious planning matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements.
• Advising on highways agreements and statutory planning matters.
• Providing planning advice across diverse client base and transactions.
• Supporting planning due diligence for property and corporate deals.
• Assisting with contentious planning matters including inquiries and appeals.
