This is a pivotal moment to join DXC’s Insurance Software team. We’re helping our customers modernise their operations, transform their digital capabilities, and unlock the full potential of our core products — solutions that sit at the heart of their business, from policy administration to claims handling and reinsurance processing.

As Planning and Strategy Manager, you’ll be in a position to directly influence how these products are shaped, delivered, and evolved to meet the rapidly changing needs of the insurance market. You’ll work at the intersection of product development and strategic planning, ensuring our product portfolio continues to lead the industry.

The Role
You will work closely with product owners to organise, maintain, and deliver coherent product plans that drive customer success and business growth. You’ll ensure plans are aligned with product roadmaps and launch schedules, and that progress is tracked, communicated, and acted upon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners to create structured, aligned product plans.

  • Ensure product plans are interlocked with product roadmaps and launch schedules.

  • Track and manage actions from product plans, ensuring timely completion.

  • Support product boards by capturing decisions and driving follow-up actions.

  • Align cross-functional teams to meet strategic delivery objectives.

  • Proven experience in planning, strategy, or programme/project management, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience working with product teams and managing complex product lifecycles.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
