CONSTRUCTION PLANNER – BIRMINGHAM

O'Neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading national Tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced Planner for a permanent position within their Birmingham regional team.

The business has an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale, complex construction projects across sectors including education, residential/new-build apartments and other major developments.

We are keen to speak with experienced Planners who have worked for main/principal contractors and have a strong track record of planning large-scale construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Planner within a Tier 1/main contracting environment
• Experience planning large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant construction/planning qualifications or experience
