Job summary

Graham Rose in West London seeks an experienced Supervisor to manage planned works across housing stock. You will coordinate major projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and compliance with specifications.

The role requires strong organisation, communication and IT skills, with social housing maintenance experience, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work with tenants, officers and contractors to achieve smooth handovers and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising planned/major works in social housing or property maintenance.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, building regulations and compliance standards.
• Good IT skills and ability to use management systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure health and safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Allocate jobs to in-house teams or external contractors, monitor performance and SLA adherence.
• Ensure works comply with health and safety regulations including asbestos awareness and risk assessments.
• Liaise with tenants, housing officers, lettings teams and contractors for smooth handovers and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and speed up turnaround times without compromising quality.
