Planned Works Assistant Site Manager - Kitchens & Bathrooms
Location: Bolton
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
- Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing planned works programmes, especially kitchens and bathrooms.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, H&S legislation, and site management best practices.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work qualification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
