Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to deliver Planned Maintenance across Birmingham. You will lead a site team, manage refurbishment programs on tenanted properties and oversee safety, progress and client liaison.

The role is full-time and permanent with a highly competitive salary up to £60K plus a company car or car allowance. You will coordinate works across multiple trades, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and to required standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts with full financial control and site profitability.
• Collaborate with client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage costs and subcontractors to maintain programme timelines and budget.
• Carry out on-site inspections, investigations and reporting with continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to and site staff are effectively managed.
