Clarion Housing Group is seeking a seasoned Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead the delivery of the Planned Asset Investment Programme. You will work with a Tier 1 partner to deliver works primarily across the east region, ensuring value-for-money and alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.

Responsibilities include developing and validating the programme, conducting stock conditions surveys with contractors, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.

We’reseeking an experiencedPlanned Investment Manager/Surveyorto lead delivery of Clarion’s Planned Asset Investment Programme. Working with our Tier 1 partnering contractor,you’lldeliver a programme of works primarily acrossthe east region.

You’llbe responsible fordeveloping,validating, and delivering the planned programme within a defined area, ensuring a strategic and value-for-money approach.You’llwork closely with internal teams and residents, providing clear updates on plans, progress, and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.

In partnership with contractors,you’llundertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope and carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control, including monthly valuations.

You’llhave proven experience delivering planned investment programmes, strong contract management skills, and a solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Strong commercial experience is essential, including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.

With hybrid working, base locations across England, and flexible working arrangements, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for; the role is hybrid with a base at ourStevenage Office, but a significant amount of time will be spent working in the field, including travel across the region and occasional visits to other Clarion offices, with applicants also expected to cover schemes in other areas as required.
