Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead delivery of the Planned Asset Investment Programme across the east region, coordinating with a Tier 1 contractor and internal teams to ensure value-for-money and timely delivery.

You will manage stock condition surveys, site inspections, budgeting, forecasting and risk management, while keeping residents informed and aligned with Asset Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Clarion's Planned Asset Investment Programme within a defined area.
• Develop, validate and deliver the planned programme with a strategic, value-for-money approach.
• Work with internal teams and residents, providing clear updates on plans, progress and outcomes.
• Undertake stock condition surveys with contractors and conduct site inspections before/during/after works, including monthly valuations.

We’reseeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead delivery of Clarion’s Planned Asset Investment Programme. Working with our Tier 1 partnering contractor,you’lldeliver a programme of works primarily acrossthe east region.

You’llbe responsible fordeveloping,validating, and delivering the planned programme within a defined area, ensuring a strategic and value-for-money approach.You’llwork closely with internal teams and residents, providing clear updates on plans, progress, and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.

In partnership with contractors,you’llundertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope and carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control, including monthly valuations.

You’llhave proven experience delivering planned investment programmes, strong contract management skills, and a solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Strong commercial experience is essential, including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.
