Job summary

Clarion Housing is seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead its Planned Asset Investment Programme across the Midlands. You will work with our Tier 1 contractor to deliver a robust programme, ensuring quality, compliance and value-for-money.

You will develop and deliver the plan within a defined area, maintaining strong links with internal teams and residents, and conducting stock condition surveys and site inspections to inform scope and approvals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes.
• Strong contract management skills and regulatory understanding.
• Commercial experience with budget control, forecasting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Planned Asset Investment Programme across the Midlands.
• Work with Tier 1 contractors to ensure quality, compliance and value-for-money.
• Undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope and perform site inspections.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and residents, including monthly valuations.
