Qualifications

• Experience leading a clinical modality in radiography or imaging.
• Ability to plan workforce, recruit and develop staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and professional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective operational and professional leadership across the Plain Film Modality.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, rostering and staff development.
• Monitor plain film x-ray activity, performance, quality and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements.
• Support service transformation and service developments.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues.
• Promote patient-centred care, staff engagement and continuous improvement.
• May work across sites within University Hospitals Tees and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
