Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Radiographer for a 12-month fixed-term role in the Plain Film imaging team. The post involves rotating through ED, orthopaedics, pain/endoscopy, outpatients and spoke sites in Henley and Bracknell, with emphasis on CPD and role extension.

Applicants must hold HCPC registration and have at least 18 months post-qualification NHS experience, with a commitment to working face-to-face interviews in Reading. NHS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Minimum 18 months post-qualification NHS experience required.
• Experience in plain film radiography and rotation across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality plain film imaging across multiple clinical areas.
• Demonstrate safe radiographic technique and image quality with dose optimisation (ALARP).
• Participate in 24/7 service delivery, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
