South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a 12‑month secondment as Plain Film Modality Manager. The role leads the Plain Film service, drives workforce planning, recruitment and staff development, and ensures quality, regulatory compliance and financial performance.

You will collaborate across clinical and corporate teams to transform services and promote patient-centred care, with opportunities for professional development in a large NHS Trust.

Formación

• BSc/MSc Radiography or DCR(R) required.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• Leadership qualification or formal management training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and professional leadership across the Plain Film Modality.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and staff development.
• Monitor plain film x-ray activity, quality and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and professional requirements.
• Support service transformation and working with clinical and corporate teams.
• Promote patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
