Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the plain film department to deliver a safe, high-quality imaging service.
• Lead radiographers, promoting patient care, service improvement, and governance.
• Provide professional, clinical and operational leadership for the General Radiography (Plain Film) service.
• Coordinate staffing, workload and service delivery to meet performance targets.
• Contribute to appraisal, performance management and workforce planning.
