Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, is offering a Supply Chain Analyst placement year starting July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience from day one in a world‑class automotive manufacturer, supporting material supply concepts and cross‑department collaboration.

You will learn supplier performance reporting, training planning, project work, and deliver presentations while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, or IT with a 2:2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, IT or related field.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt working approach, prioritise, multitask and solve problems.
• Excellent team player with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn the material supply concept and support with problem solving and escalation processes.
• Provide supplier performance and internal processes reporting.
• Plan, coordinate and update the training matrix.
• Engage in project work and cross‑department knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
