DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Analyst to join our team specializing in IT Manufacturing within Cummins Business Services in Huddersfield, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an industry expert and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1 July 2025. The successful candidate is expected to be onsite Monday to Friday during business hours to gain the best experience; however, we offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements where appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support existing business and IT systems.
• Assist in identifying and designing business IT solutions.
• Lead small projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
• Engage with customers across various business units.
• Support global projects where possible.
• Support change management and process controls within ITIL methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Studying towards a degree in IT, Business, or Project Management.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.
• Technical knowledge related to Windows operating systems for troubleshooting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
