Bruntwood SciTech is recruiting a Placement Quantity Surveyor for a September 2027 intake in Manchester. You will join a cohort of four placement students and gain on-the-job experience in commercial property surveying within a leading property developer.

You’ll complete your second year in 2027, travel around our portfolio, participate in induction, and start building a foundations for a career in surveying with support from a team that values innovation and community impact.

Qualifications

• You’ll be studying Quantity Surveying, completing your 2nd year of study in 2027, ready to start a placement in September 2027.
• Any employment during study or out of term time will be taken into consideration but is not essential.
• You’ll resonate with our values, understanding how we operate and the key to our success.
• You’ll be curious and eager to learn, willing to travel around our portfolio and ask questions.
