Job summary

Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester is launching a 24-month Real Estate Graduate programme starting September 2027. You will rotate across four surveyor disciplines—Commercial, Account Management, Asset Management and Development—and gain a broad view of commercial property.

You will join a cohort of four graduates, undergo a robust induction, and have the opportunity to progress toward chartered surveyor status while contributing to Bruntwood SciTech's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ideally you’ll have a RICS accredited degree with a passion for Commercial Property and the impact this has on our cities and our communities
• Any experience within property would be advantageous but not a necessity
• Any employment during study or out of term time will be taken into consideration but is not essential
• You’ll resonate with our values, understanding how we operate and the key to our success
• You’ll be curious and eager to learn, willing to travel around our portfolio and ask questions. Looking to gather the knowledge to innovate and make an impact early within your role
• We’ll be taking into account your short paragraph on why you are interested, your favourite value of ours and why. As well as your biggest achievement - all questions asked on the application form.

Over a 24 month contract starting in September 2027 you’d join as a cohort of 4x Real Estate Graduates. Starting with a robust induction period to understand the business, who we are and how we operate.

You’ll then rotate across four surveyor disciplines: Commercial, Account Management, Asset Management and Development. Giving you a well rounded perspective of Commercial Property, setting you up for success in your career and ready to take the steps to become a chartered surveyor.
