You will support students through curriculum-based placement preparation, provide one-to-one guidance and run engaging workshops and events to build employability and readiness for the workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience with placements, employability and early careers development in HE or industry.
• Design, co-produce and deliver workshops and facilitate large group training.
• Experience in student placements/internships within curriculum or externally.
• Ability to advise/support students and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation under deadlines, and IT/data skills.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in student support.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum-based placement preparation and one-to-one guidance for students.
• Deliver engaging workshops and events for placement readiness.
• Collaborate with Placement Tutors, Careers Consultants and academic colleagues.
