Job summary

Leeds College of Building is seeking an enthusiastic Employability Team Leader to guide a team of Employability Officers and ensure high-quality employability support for students.

You will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of a broad employability programme across curriculum areas and adult learning. You will work closely with curriculum teams, employers and external partners to create meaningful employer encounters and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject area.
• Experience delivering employability or student support services.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Employability Officers.
• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of employability programme across curriculum areas and adult learning.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, employers and external partners to ensure access to employer encounters, careers activities, recruitment events, work-related learning and progression support.
