Job summary

Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, is hiring a Pizzaiolo to work in our Neapolitan kitchen in the UK. You’ll handle the oven, stretch dough, and craft pizzas to our standards, with a focus on speed and quality during busy services.

We offer £14.50 per hour, plus tips and a bi-weekly bonus. Full-time contract. Training and development opportunities are provided across our growing group of venues, with staff discounts and guest list perks as part of our package.

As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you're the heart of everything we do. You'll be working the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas center stage in the pizzeria.

Your day-to-day

• Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
• Working the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride
• Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift
• Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards
• Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere

What Rudy's needs

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment
• A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it
• Experience as a Pizza Chef - Neapolitan is preferred but not essential
• A team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
