Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, is hiring a Pizzaiolo to craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll handle the oven, follow established recipes, and uphold hygiene standards while delivering quality dough and toppings.

This full-time role offers £14.50 per hour with tips and a bi-weekly bonus, and opportunities for training, progression, and growth across the Mission Mars group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Experience as a Pizza Chef – Neapolitan is preferred but not essential.
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service.

• Stretching and creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.

As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you're the heart of everything we do. You'll be working the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas center stage in the pizzeria.

Your day-to-day
