Job summary

Rudy's in Stockton Heath is seeking a Pizzaiolo to master the oven and craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas. You’ll develop the dough, follow Rudy's recipes, and ensure top quality for every service.

The role offers up to £14.50 per hour, tips and a bi-weekly bonus, with a supportive, fast-paced team in a growing brand renowned for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Experience as a pizza chef; Neapolitan preferred but not essential.
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Stretching and creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
• Working the oven with confidence, precision and pride.
• Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality.

As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you're the heart of everything we do. You'll be working the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas centre stage in the pizzeria.

Your day-to-day

• Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
• Working the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride

What Rudy's needs
