Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, seeks a Pizzaiolo in Leamington Spa to craft Neapolitan pizzas and lead oven work with pride. You’ll follow Rudy's recipes, maintain prep, and ensure quality across shifts in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and enjoy it.
• Experience as a Pizza Chef; Neapolitan preferred but not essential.

• Stretching and creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
• Working the oven with confidence, precision and pride.

Salary: £14.50 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you're the heart of everything we do. You'll be working the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas center stage in the pizzeria.

Your day-to-day

• Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
• Working the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride
• Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift
• Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards
• Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere

What Rudy's needs

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment
• A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it
• Experience as a Pizza Chef - Neapolitan is preferred but not essential
• A team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
