Franco Manca in Brighton is hiring a Pizza Second Chef to support the Head Chef and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focus on food prep, quality and hygiene, and help train junior staff while maintaining a calm presence under pressure.
