Franco Manca in the UK is seeking a Pizza Second Chef to join our busy kitchen and help keep the heart of the pizzeria beating strong.

You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver consistently amazing pizzas, manage food prep and hygiene, and mentor junior team members. The role includes great staff perks such as free pizzas on shift, a 50% dining discount, a pension scheme, and ongoing training through Franco Academy.

• Experience in a busy kitchen and good food prep/hygiene knowledge.

• Support Head Chef and keep the heart of the pizzeria beating strong.
• Deliver consistently amazing pizzas and ensure food quality.
• Lead key areas: prep, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Train and support junior team members.
• Stay calm under pressure and lead when the Head Chef isn’t around.
