Franco Manca is seeking a Pizza Second Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You will support the Head Chef, help deliver consistently amazing pizzas, and oversee key kitchen areas from prep to safety. You’ll train junior staff and lead the team when the Head Chef isn’t present.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience and passion for food are essential.
• Strong team orientation and positive attitude required.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with focus on prep, hygiene and service.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Deliver consistently high-quality pizzas and food prep.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and lead in Head Chef's absence.
• Hands-on role from dough handling to pizza creation.
