Job summary

Grind in London is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie with strong pizza capabilities to lead the pizza section across the group. You will support the kitchen team and drive Grind standards.

This role is a kitchen leadership position in a fast paced, all-day dining operation, focused on fresh seasonal produce and delivering consistent, high‑quality food. • Ability to lead a section and manage a team in a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Back of House team in the operation of the kitchen and planned production of the menu
• Ensure food production and standards are carried out in a timely fashion across services & pizza management
• Ensure dough schedule is maintained in accordance with sales trends
• Ensure that the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times to GRIND standards
• Ensure that cleanliness of the kitchen is upheld to the highest standards
• Remain customer focused always, being approachable and quick to exceed customer expectations
• Support kitchen production as required
• Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the Head Chef
• Wear full and correct uniform always
• Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by Line Manager
