Grind, a London-based coffee company, is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our fast-paced kitchens across the group. You will support the kitchen team, work a nominated section, and help deliver dishes to Grind standards.

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of kitchen production and procedures are essential. This role offers opportunities to grow within the Grind family in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen production and procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant group is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team and deliver dishes to Grind standards.
• Work on a nominated section as instructed by the Head Chef or Senior Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards of food safety at all times.
