Job summary

Lenny's in Covent Garden is seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to lead the pizza section in a new pizzeria. You will manage pizza preparation and ensure quality from the oven, while setting standards for the team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned pizza chef or a Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the lead. Aside from cooking, you will train new chefs and help create an exciting menu as part of a dynamic restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Pizza Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• In-depth knowledge of dough, fermentation and cooking in high-heat ovens.
• Experience of training and developing junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pizza section, maintaining standards on every pizza.
• Manage the oven and ensure consistent quality.
