Restaurant Associates UK is hiring a Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie for Blackfriars. In a high-volume contract catering environment, you will lead the pizza section and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality pizzas.

You’ll prepare dough, sauces and toppings, manage busy service periods, and maintain food safety standards while supporting other kitchen sections as needed. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the pizza section, preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard
• Prepare and organise pizza dough, sauces, toppings and other ingredients for service
• Manage the pizza station during busy service periods, ensuring food is cooked and presented to specification
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control
• Support other kitchen sections and service requirements as and when required
• Assist with service setup, preparation, service periods and clear-down
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout the day
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
