Responsibilities

• As Kitchen Supervisor, you'll lead your team to create high-quality pizzas and dishes while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Ensure every pizza is cooked to perfection and standards are met.
• Inspire and develop your team, helping them grow their skills and passion for food.
• Manage kitchen operations including food prep, stock control, hygiene and health & safety.
• Be hands-on—craft pizzas, train your team, and seek ways to improve the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
