Franco Manca Cambridge is looking for a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, drive high standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences with our authentic sourdough pizzas and Italian menu. You will manage food prep, stock control, hygiene and safety, train and inspire your team, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service and delicious outcomes for every guest.

This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to coach

• Lead the kitchen team to create incredible food.
• Ensure every pizza is cooked to perfection and every dish meets our high standards.
• Inspire and develop your team, helping them grow their skills and passion for food.
• Manage kitchen operations, from food prep and stock control to hygiene and health & safety.
• Be hands-on—whether crafting pizzas, training your team, or finding ways to improve the kitchen.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
