Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensuring every pizza is cooked to perfection and every dish meets high standards. You will inspire and develop your team, manage food prep, stock and hygiene, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll bring genuine love for Italian cooking, a proven track record of kitchen leadership in a busy restaurant, and organize flow even during the busiest shifts.

• Senior Head Chef with experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant setting.
• Passion for Italian cooking with attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to lead by example and create a positive, supportive kitchen culture.
• Excellent organisation to keep busy shifts running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to create high-quality pizzas and dishes.
• Ensure consistent cooking and plating to our standards.
• Inspire and develop your team’s skills and passion for food.
• Manage food prep, stock control, hygiene and health & safety.
• Be hands-on in crafting pizzas, training, and improving kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager for great guest experiences.
