Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a permanent, full-time Restaurant Assistant to join the catering team at the Silverstone venue. You’ll help keep the dining areas clean, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and assist with bar service in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

The role requires flexibility, good communication, and a full clean UK driving licence. Barista or quick-service experience is desirable, with opportunities for training and progression within a world-class venue.

Responsibilities

• Assist food & beverage team in keeping restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Assist Restaurant Supervisor with stock rotation and wastage control.
• Set up and derig restaurant areas for operations.
• Use till system to take orders and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages to tables and support bar service.
• Maintain high service standards per company procedures.
• Assist customers with queries in a professional manner.
