Cold Town House, part of Signature Group, in Edinburgh, seeks a Pizza Chef to lead the pizza section in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen on site. You will deliver high-quality pizzas, manage dough prep, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Pizza Chef – Cold Town House

Cold Town House is one of Edinburgh’s most iconic venues, located in the heart of the Grassmarket. It features a busy rooftop terrace, bar, and high-volume kitchen operation. Pizza is a key part of the offer.

The Role

• As a Pizza Chef, you will deliver high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Run the pizza section during service
