Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a skilled Bid & Pursuit Manager to sit at the heart of its strategic client opportunities across the Middle East and Africa. You’ll lead high-profile pitches, tenders, and RFP responses, collaborating with partners, lawyers and senior leaders to win business and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex bids, pitches, tenders, panel appointments and RFP responses.
• Develop winning pursuit strategies aligned to client needs and business objectives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end bid processes from opportunity identification through to submission.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create compelling, client-focused content.
• Experience drafting executive summaries, proposal responses, credentials and case studies.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex legal and commercial concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
