Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead end-to-end bids and pursuits, collaborating with partners, clients and internal teams to deliver compelling client-centred bids.

The role focuses on defining bid strategy, managing the qualification-to-submission process, and driving win themes with cross-functional stakeholders across practice and industry teams. Hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal or professional services.
• Proven track record of winning strategic bids.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define bid strategy with clear value proposition and win themes.
• Manage end-to-end bid process from qualification to submissions and aftercare.
• Champion the global bid & pursuit methodology and drive best practices.
• Coach partners and stakeholders on opportunity qualification and pursuit strategy.
• Lead development of win strategies considering relationships and competitive positioning.
