Zusammenfassung

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick (BBK) is seeking an experienced Piping Project Manager to shape the piping scope for Sizewell C's SZC MEH Alliance. Based in Bristol (Aztec West) with hybrid work 1–2 days per week, you will define delivery strategies and project execution plans, coordinating with major EPC contractors and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven delivery in high-hazard, highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing and coordinating major EPC contractors.
• Experience interfacing with multiple suppliers and disciplines.
• Strong focus on HSE risk reduction, schedule optimisation and cost efficiency.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation planning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

• Lead the development of effective strategies and delivery plans for the SZC MEH piping scope.
• Develop and optimise project execution plans, schedules and estimates.
• Drive the adoption of modern methods of construction and off-site fabrication solutions.
• Support the integration of lessons learned from major nuclear and infrastructure projects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while working closely with senior leadership.
• Operate effectively within a complex matrix organisation involving multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Influence key stakeholders across disciplines to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to the wider strategy and output of the SZC MEH Alliance team
