Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Piping Completion Lead for an ongoing contract at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. You will head piping completion activities, oversee pressure-testing programs and lead handover to commissioning, working within a large, regulated project environment.

You will coordinate engineers and construction interfaces, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards and project timelines. Previous nuclear or major project experience is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires proven piping, mechanical completion, and pressure-testing experience on major projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate across construction, engineering, quality and commissioning teams.
• Experience in regulated process industries (nuclear, petrochemical, pharma, oil & gas).

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategy for piping completion activities and pressure testing on site.
• Coordinate approximately 1,500 pressure-test loops per unit and ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Oversee documentation, procedures and completion records for pressure tests.
• Drive handover activities including flushing, drying, preservation and system handover to commissioning.
• Manage interfaces between installation contractors, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs to monitor construction and completion progress.
• Coordinate and develop engineers supporting the piping completion scope.
