Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter for a permanent position with a well-established engineering contractor in South Yorkshire. You will work on diverse piping projects, strip valves/pumps, and pressure test systems, reading P&IDs and isometrics to ensure accuracy.

The role offers substantial overtime (50+ hours) with all hours paid including breaks, and a genuine permanent opportunity within an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Proof of competency: Apprentice Trained/Timeserved.
• Ability to read and understand isometric diagrams.
• Experience working with a range of pipe sizes and materials.

Responsibilities

A great opportunity for a Pipe Fitter to join an established engineering business that specialise in Quality Pipework and Structural Fabrications. Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently been awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a Pipe Fitter on a Permanent basis to their highly experienced engineering team.

The client has been in South Yorkshire for over 30 years, working on a number of high value projects in Utilities, Waste to Energy and Power Generation.

Our client has an impressive list of accreditations /approvals, ranging from ISO, ECITB and Achilles Verified.

They have worked on numerous national projects aswell as recently international projects.

DUTIES INCLUDE FOR ROLE OF PIPE FITTER

• Working on various sized piping.
• Stripping out valves and pumps.
• Pressure testing systems.
• Reading P&ID's and Isometrics.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE OF PIPE FITTER

• Proof of competency - Apprentice Trained /Timeserved.
• Used to working with a range of different sizes and materials of pipework.
• The ability to read and understand isometric diagrams is essential.

THE OFFER FOR THE ROLE OF PIPE FITTER

• Salary up to 50,000 per Annum.
• 50 plus hours available + Overtime at 1/2.
• All hours paid including breaks.
• Genuine Permanent opportunity.
