Job summary

Proclinical seeks a dedicated Scientist to develop and optimize downstream processes for biopharmaceutical and vaccine products, bridging laboratory scale with pilot plant operations to support clinical programs.

You will perform downstream purification experiments, apply DoE and statistical analyses, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with senior scientists to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Hands-on downstream purification experience in biopharma.
• Experience with chromatography, TFF, and depth filtration.
• Familiarity with scale-up and JMP software.
• GxP knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical reporting and communication.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run lab and pilot-scale studies on downstream purification.
• Apply DoE and statistics to analyze data and guide projects.
• Write technical reports and transfer process knowledge.
• Maintain GxP compliance and safety documentation.
