About the role

As a permanent member of our delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work as a Van Driver with a variety of duties, including supporting the delivery operation to achieve excellent customer service.

You must possess a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Delivering goods to customers courteously and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
