Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite interaction with delivery staff and appropriate response to queries and complaints, with escalation of complex issues.
• Occasionally covering for van drivers as needed.
