Job Title: Store Associate at Booker

About the Role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. No two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in providing a quick and efficient service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

  • Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
  • Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
  • Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
  • Polite interaction with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to management.
