About the role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. No two days will be the same, whether filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock, or picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in delivering quick and efficient service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities include:

1. Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
2. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
3. Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
4. Polite interaction with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor.

Requirements:

1. A positive attitude and comfort working to meet pick rates.
2. A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
3. Punctuality and professional appearance.
