About the role

This is a Part Time Role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in providing fast and efficient service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
• Providing high standards of customer service during deliveries, responding politely to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues.
