About the role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas, including filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock, or picking deliveries. No two days are the same, and everything you do matters in delivering quick and efficient service.

We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
- Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
- Polite interactions with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
