Job description

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, every task matters in providing our customers with a quick and efficient service.

What we are looking for:

1. A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
2. Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
3. Responsibility for accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
4. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
5. Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
6. Politeness when dealing with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
7. Being punctual, well-presented, and comfortable working to meet pick rates.
