About the role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas. Tasks may include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Every task matters to ensure customers receive what they need quickly and efficiently.

We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the Manager of any discrepancies.
• Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Dealing politely with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor.
